Guidelines & Tips

#1: Complete The EASY Ad Submission Form, compose your ad and upload your photo. You will receive user name and password by Email for editing your ad.

#2: You are allowed one free photo ad for a period of 30 days. Renew your ad for only $5usd per month, $10usd per quarter or $15usd for six months. Special rates available for multiple properties.

#3: Renew your Ad by clicking on the Upgrade Your Ad option at the bottom of your ad. We use Pay Pal for secure credit card payments. You do not need to join Pay Pal to make a payment - just click on through or Contact Us if you have a problem.

Advertising Guidelines

A. You MUST agree to Terms and Conditions at top of form.

B. Select your category. If you do not find an appropriate category, please send request for New Category.

C. Provide a listing title - up to 50 characters. Listing title should include the area where your property is located and is used for link to your ad from ad summary page.

D. ***Provide Ad text - up to 750 characters - TEXT ONLY - NO slashes or parentheses (/\) - NO LINKS OR HTML. There is Web Site box for your web site link further down on the form. Remove any uncommon punctuation if you get an error message or Contact Us for help.

E. We advise that you check YES for hiding your Email address from spammers. Our data base will do the rest.

F. Use the full URL address for your Web Site link. (http://www.YourWebSite.com)

G. Enter your User Name and Password and click continue to place your ad.

H. EDIT or UPGRADE your ad at any time from link options at the bottom of your ad.

Advertising Tips

Real Estate For Sale: Provide price, special terms of sale if any, approximate size of land and improvements, number of bedrooms & bathrooms and any other amenities which may add value to the property.

Property Wanted Ads: Provide your maximum purchase price range and adequate description of the desired property. It is usually best to welcome response from owners or agents. You do not need to submit a photo for Property Wanted Ad.

Have/Want Ads: Offer to trade what you have for what you want.
